Cancellation Policy
- Up to 10 days before tour date: 100% of the amount is refunded.
- Up to 5 days before tour date: 50% of the amount is refunded.
- Up to 2 days before tour date: 20% of the amount is refunded.
If sailing is prohibited by the port authority due to bad weather, the renter/customer has the option to choose another day. If that is not possible, the full amount will be refunded.
